Katarina Apet Style and Image Consultant is in need to analyze the market demand for personal styling services across different provinces in Canada. Additionally, we would like to analyze competitive organizations that provide similar services. Itโs important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy. This project will include: Needs analysis of the target markets for personal styling and image consulting services. Identification of our current competitors providing similar services virtually and in person. Developing a SWOT analysis to characterize the personal styling industry in Canada. Preparing a competitive matrix describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy. This project will include: Segmentation of the target audience and user profiles Identification of our current competitors with similar product offerings for each target segment Identification of potential future competitors (eg. a large company in a similar industry that may enter the space) The creation of a matrix identifying features shared across the companies and those that are different. A summary of 2-4 paragraphs describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. This could be done in the form of a SWOT analysis. We want to expand our product offering with a new line: innovative cosmetics products (creams and gels) based on the latest research on Hyaluronic Acid used in cosmeceuticals. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Packaging strategy to provide an exciting unpacking experience and brand uniqueness 2.
