Dr. Guorong Zhu is a tenured full professor at Salem State University in Massachusetts. She received her Doctorate in Business Administration from Boston University and worked for nine years as a management Consultant at Korn Ferry, a leading HR consulting firm, before returning to academia.

At Salem State University, she teaches at the Bertolon School of Business, researches leadership
development and career management, and remains active in management consulting. Dr. Zhu’s areas of expertise include leadership development, executive assessment, and talent management, which integrate understanding of both behavior and work. She helps clients develop stronger leaders, deliver business results, and improve organizational capability through executive assessment and coaching, leadership development, and organizational transformation programs.
