Expected outcomes and deliverables

Learners will engage in an organizational intervention project—a structured process designed to introduce changes to individuals’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, ultimately driving organizational transformation.


The primary objective of this intervention is to address and improve organizational behaviors that are dysfunctional, destructive, or ineffective, enhancing overall organizational performance and well-being.


The outcomes will vary based on the specific projects selected but may include, and are not limited to, the following:

  • Employee motivation and engagement
  • Improved employee performance
  • Employee learning and development
  • Organizational innovation and creativity
  • Increased employee job satisfaction
  • Organizational culture change
  • Enhanced profitability and competitiveness
  • Health and well-being of employees and the organization

Deliverables will consist of a detailed written report and/or a professional Zoom presentation, customized to meet the specific needs and objectives of the partnering organization.
