Talent Attraction Strategy
Overall the energy sector (in particular the business of Oil & Gas production) is challenged with attracting students and younger generations of people to have a career in the energy sector. A pending imbalance of talent supply and demand is approaching and a strategy needs to be developed to support attracting talent to our company. The outlook of the energy sector workforce is that there will be shortages of skilled workers due to a few issues including the aging of the workforce coupled with less interest due to the negative narrative of the industry's future. We would like to collaborate with students to create a talent attraction strategy for Pieridae Energy to support increasing interest and job applicants for our company.
