Facility LED Lighting Upgrade Analysis

WESCO is seeking to identify facilities (factories, schools, universities, hospitals, and nursing homes) that require an upgrade to LED lighting and to understand the decision-making process behind such upgrades. The goal of this project is to differentiate between buildings that have already upgraded their lighting and those that have not. Additionally, the project aims to determine the factors that influence facility owners to proceed with a lighting upgrade project and why some choose not to. This analysis will help WESCO optimize its lighting upgrade marketing and sales strategy and help prospective customers to improve energy efficiency across its facilities. The project will involve data collection, analysis, and the development of a comprehensive report outlining the findings and recommendations.

We would like you to assist our company with new sales and marketing. As a lead generator, it's your responsibility to schedule meetings and find potential clients for the sales team.
