Our company is looking for the best logistics and operations processes that would define our supply chain worldwide, with an emphasis in North America.


We want to come up with the best system in place to get our products to our customers. We would like students to help us define our systems so that we can efficiently focus efforts and effectively scale.


We expect students will need to do the following:

  • Define and document systems for our organization.
  • Make recommendations for a sustainable supply chain (shippings, rates
Deliverables

The final deliverables should take the form of:

  • Logistics recommendations report presenting supply chain best case scenarios
  • A 15-minutes presentation
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. Touchpoints can be scheduled as needed to answer questions.
