The chief consultant and business owner is based in Toronto. Other consultants are based in Cote d’Ivoire, Kenya and Malawi. We would like a student or group of students to do the following: 1) Market review for NGO consultancy services. Which companies do the Large NGOs (ie Save the Children, Care etc) typically hire for consultancy services? What types of services do they usually contract out (ie Monitoring and Evaluation, Technical expertise, administration etc) 2) Competitive analysis: Research larger consultancy groups operating in the international development fields, (health focused) and describe the organizational structure of these companies, annual revenue and history. 3) Propose a strategy for growth for Nutritionops to make it more of an international organization and propose funding requirements and organizational structure. Ideally 2 or 3 strategic approaches would be desired with proposed timelines if time permits. .
