Updating Meeting and Minutes Design and Workflows

What is the problem your company is trying to solve by having this work done? What are your criteria for success? The BoardSpace app has paying customers and is well-developed. We would like to conduct user testing on our current web application. We believe that insights coming out of these experiments will help us design a better product, provide insights into how to help our customers and offer a better experience to our customers. The specific project would review the create meeting flow and the minute taking process. We would like a group of students to conduct user testing scenarios on our product with a small group of current and potential customers and then report the results to us. The user group remains condo and non-profit boards of directors. Specifically, administrators could be nonprofit Executive Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Executive Assistants, Condo Directors or Association managers.

Enhanced User Management System for BoardSpace

There is also no way to manage an organization's users from one place. This is important because users are added and removed annually, so this process needs to be easier. The goal of this project is to redesign and implement a more flexible user management system that allows for management from one location. Key to this project will be creating the sequence of steps that this improvement require and designing the user interface. The project will enable learners to apply their knowledge of user experience design. Key tasks include: - Review how the proposed improvements change the current system. - Design a prototype of the new user management features. -User testing with current customers and others -Finalizing prototype
