BoardSpace, a company specializing in board management software for condos and nonprofits, seeks to enhance its knowledge base and content offerings. The project aims to research and draft comprehensive articles on various topics relevant to the condo and nonprofit sectors.


The goal is to provide valuable insights and practical information that can help board members and administrators effectively manage their organizations. This project will allow learners to apply their research and writing skills, as well as their understanding of organizational management, to create high-quality content. The project will involve identifying key topics, conducting thorough research, and drafting well-structured articles that are informative and engaging.



Key tasks include:


- Identifying and selecting relevant topics within the condo and nonprofit sectors.


- Conducting detailed research using credible sources.


- Drafting clear, concise, and informative articles.


- Reviewing and revising drafts based on feedback.

Deliverables

The primary deliverables for this project are well-researched and professionally written draft articles on selected topics within the condo and nonprofit sectors. Each article should be approximately 1,500-2,000 words in length and include references to credible sources.


Deliverables include:


- A list of selected topics with brief descriptions.


- Draft articles for each selected topic.


- A bibliography of sources used for research.


- Revised drafts incorporating feedback from peers or supervisors.

Pat Crosscombe founded BoardSpace due to her experience on a condo board. BoardSpace is on a mission to organize the boards of directors of the world and was built by a team that understands the needs of condo and non-profit boards.
