Very friendly. Asks what I want to learn from the project and lets me choose what I want to work on. Code reviews are very helpful and are responsive to my questions when I'm stuck. I also like their overall mission objective of their product in helping improve job seeker experience. As a soon to be job seeker I am invested in their product success to better my own job seeking experience.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to work on this project. Working on this project was an incredibly rewarding experience. The mentorship I received from the senior developers, was instrumental in helping me navigate technical challenges and grow as a developer. The regular feedback sessions and open communication ensured that I was aligned with the team’s goals. I also had the chance to participate in some debugging sessions, which deepened my problem-solving skills. I learned a great deal, refined my technical skills, and grew in my confidence as a contributor. The positive and collaborative environment made this project a true highlight in my development journey.
