Project Management: Scaling and Operations for a start up

We are looking to bring on students to be our learner-consultant in a project management role. We are an ethical home health care start up and prioritize the proper treatment of our workers so that we can retain staff, have happy customers and in turn grow the business. We're looking to run a pilot and make sure that there are no bugs in our operations as we look to scale. As an operations manager we'll look to you to help us develop processes, analyze our methods, and then come up with solutions and strategies to implement. In this role you'll help with assessing and identifying needs/issues and provide actionable recommendations while performing result based tasks.
