We are an ethical home health care start up and prioritize the proper treatment of our workers so that we can retain staff, have happy customers and in turn grow the business.
We're looking to run a pilot and make sure that there are no bugs in our operations as we look to scale. As an operations manager we'll look to you to help us develop processes, analyze our methods, and then come up with solutions and strategies to implement.
In this role you'll help with assessing and identifying needs/issues and provide actionable recommendations while performing result based tasks.
We want your help to make our Ethical Home Healthcare Start-up a success from day 1. What makes us different? We pay better, we treat care workers better, and we demand better care for clients. It's that easy!
Help us determine what works, what doesn't, and how to improve operations so that we can afford to pay our care workers what they deserve!
Project activities that students can complete may include, but are not limited to:
- Developing an approved project problem
- Proposing project solutions and approaches
- Preparing a project plan
- Developing processes and procedures
- Applying business strategies and strategic plans to project solutions
- Monitor and manage team members
- Use trello or similar tools to document
- Make recommendations to improve efficiency
- Work with team members
Our team will be available to connect with the students as needed and to provide guidance and support throughout the project.
