Participants will complete the Digital Transformation Management (DTM) program founded by Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business to help them with their project. Participants in the DTM program learn and practice technology, business process, and communication skills to enhance their ability to contribute to digital transformation.   Throughout the project, participants will complete the following activities:  Develop a value proposition statement for the organization/unit  Create a process map and a customer journey/empathy map  Explore technology options (e.g., application integration, customer experience)   Identify KPIs for the process and create options for improvement  Analyze the options using a decision matrix and recommend change   Create a draft project plan   Identify bottlenecks and possible mitigation strategies for the project proposal    These activities and the assignments in the DTM program will build towards creating the material for the final project deliverable and count towards the 80 hours of work.
