We are interested in technology, analytics and business skills to help do the external research and internal research to define and share this strategy and corresponding roadmap. Website & LinkedIn Development
Our company is looking to enhance our brand identity, revamp our online presence, and strengthen our position in the digital landscape. This project will update our website and LinkedIn online. Below is an overview of the key components of this initiative: Understanding the company's story, mission and vision statements. Reconstructing branding look and feel. General website and LinkedIn updates, with our assistance in providing the content. Updating resumes and bios. Updating planned offering tabs e.g., Executive Coach . Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to improve rank on Google.
New Product Design - Expert Academies
What is the main goal for this project? The goal of this project is to design and test key Valemount products for new products: an executive expert academy offering - Risk Academy; AI Academy; Digital Academy; Customer Experience Academy - including pricing and market testing, onboarding of senior executives; and designing a fractional C-Suite with a focus on Chief Marketing & Sales, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Data Scientist, and CIO including marketing approach, as well as updating Valemount Teams channels including project planning, billing, and other services.
Capital raise Planning - Phase 1
We would like to collaborate with students to plan a capital raise plan to help meet our goals. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals. Estimating and establishing the budget of the fundraising event. Creating a plan of action and a detailed breakdown of tasks for volunteers to complete Assisting in marketing and promoting our event. The main goal of this project is to update the website for Sodale Group and add a UGotThis and Developer Tabs and refinement of investor finance fund raise information. This includes support of a private REIT & REDT listing on FrontFundr, including a pitch book, and potential research support of refinement of the REIT financial model that a modeller is building.
Capital Raise Phase 3
This project contains 3 phases: Phase 1: Nov. 15 - Jan. 30, 2023/2024 Phase 2: Jan.15 - Mar. 15, 2024 Phase 3: Feb. 12 - Mar. 31, 2024 *Please set your dates accurately when applying for position. Sodale group is looking to collaborate with students to prepare for a capital raise plan. Work stream 1 will be working on communicating metrics with investors. Work stream 2&3 will focus on doing research for UrBestLife and UGotThis. Understanding rental rates and mortgage rates, zoning regulations and development and financial evaluation of multiplexes in various neighbourhoods across the GTA and nearby regions. Work stream 4 will work to create an integrated financial model based off the research done by all the other work streams and test to make sure that data is accurate. Valemount Phase 2 Winter 2024
Phase 1 November 2023 - January 2024 || Phase 2 February 2024 - March 2024 The goal of this project is to continue phase 2 of three work streams for Valemount Consulting including updating the branding, look and feel across Digital platforms and designing two planned products: 1) updating and refining Valemount website, LinkedIn and Teams branded look and feel and standardizing and enhancing across platforms; 2) an executive coach offering, including pricing and market testing, onboarding of senior executives; and 3) designing a fractional C-Suite with a focus on Chief Compliance Officers, Digital Marketing Executives, CISO, and Treasury.
