REMOTE | STEAM Educator / Coach / Instructor - Level Up
We are looking for students who want to share their talents and passion for STEM/STEAM with the next generation of innovators & change makers. You will be a role model and foster an inclusive online class/camp environment where all students feel welcome. The goal of the project is to help us run afterschool programs, events and refine lesson plans/student roadmap templates & showcase how good your are in empowering younger generation. Part of this Riipen project, we will assign certain tasks as explained in the expected tasks section. It will be vary student to student and what strength they bring in. However, there is possibility of converting that into longer period paid opportunity through Student Work Placement Program (SWPP).

Consulting in Action: Research, Projects, and Creative Content
This project is a mini “rotation” program where you learn, try, and build. At Operations Mavenue, we help growing businesses scale smoothly by building systems, SOPs, and operations strategies. For this Riipen project, we’re inviting students to step into the world of consulting and experience the variety of work it brings. You won’t just be doing one thing—you’ll get to wear multiple hats. From conducting research and managing small projects to creating marketing and content that leverages AI tools, you’ll gain exposure to different aspects of how a consulting firm operates. What You’ll Get Out of This Project: Experience in research, project management, and content creation. A chance to experiment with different AI tools to streamline operations and marketing. Practice in problem-solving, organization, and communication. Hands-on practice in creating deliverables that real businesses rely on. A consulting-style experience where you’ll balance structure with creativity. Time Commitment: 4 hours/day, 2 days a week, until you complete 60 hours (subject to student's school timetable). This is a good fit if you’re curious, like variety in your work, and want to walk away with practical skills you can use in any career.
