Details

This project is a mini “rotation” program where you learn, try, and build.

At Operations Mavenue, we help growing businesses scale smoothly by building systems, SOPs, and operations strategies. For this Riipen project, we’re inviting students to step into the world of consulting and experience the variety of work it brings.

You won’t just be doing one thing—you’ll get to wear multiple hats. From conducting research and managing small projects to creating marketing and content that leverages AI tools, you’ll gain exposure to different aspects of how a consulting firm operates.

What You’ll Get Out of This Project:

  • Experience in research, project management, and content creation.
  • A chance to experiment with different AI tools to streamline operations and marketing.
  • Practice in problem-solving, organization, and communication.
  • Hands-on practice in creating deliverables that real businesses rely on.
  • A consulting-style experience where you’ll balance structure with creativity.

Time Commitment: 4 hours/day, 2 days a week, until you complete 60 hours (subject to student's school timetable).

This is a good fit if you’re curious, like variety in your work, and want to walk away with practical skills you can use in any career.
