Details

We are looking to have students conduct usability tests with 20 pre-identified customers, in order to understand the problem we are trying to solve before our launch. We will provide the customer contact information, and will obtain their consent to participate. Students will be responsible for:

  • Interview scheduling
  • Developing a pre-conceived script for the interview
  • Conducting the moderated interview remotely
  • Writing the user research plan
  • Analyzing the results and confirming alignment baed on the solutions
  • Following up with the customers to share the final case studies and thank them for their participation
Deliverables
  • Users outreach strategy (emails etc)
  • Research plan
  • Final presentation and analysis of the findings to the Founder
Mentorship

The Founder will be available where needed to provide further instructions and mentorship throughout the project.
