StaffedUp Data Insights Dashboard
StaffedUp is seeking to develop a comprehensive data dashboard to gain actionable insights into key business metrics. The goal is to create a functional and user-friendly dashboard that aggregates and visualizes data related to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), funnel conversion rates, web analytics, financial forecasting (including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)), churn rates, customer retention, trial conversions, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and in-app engagement/product adoption. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of data analytics, visualization tools, and business metrics to create a valuable tool for the company. The dashboard will enable StaffedUp to make data-driven decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.
Digital Marketing Strategy for StaffedUp
The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for StaffedUp that will help the company reach a wider audience, increase brand awareness, and ultimately drive more traffic and conversions on their platform. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Conducting a thorough analysis of StaffedUp's current online presence, including their website, social media accounts, and any existing digital marketing efforts. - Identifying target audience segments and creating buyer personas to better understand the needs and preferences of potential customers. - Developing a content marketing plan that includes creating valuable and relevant content for StaffedUp's target audience. - Creating a social media marketing plan to engage with potential customers and build a community around the StaffedUp brand. - Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the company's visibility in search engine results. - Setting up key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the digital marketing efforts.
Website UI / UX Design & Prototype
Our company would like to explore re-designing our current applicant tracking system with a prototype. We are always on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users. This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed. Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and must be very mobile friendly as 70%+ of our applicant users are applying on mobile. Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Application
We want to use our dataset, based on our current users and their activities, and leverage the latest technology to gain an advantage in our market. We would like to collaborate with students to apply the latest AI and machine learning techniques to our dataset to become more competitive in the market, and serve our users better. We would like a group of students to analyze our dataset, apply AI, ML and data modeling techniques, and come up with some potential applications for how we can apply AI within our organization. This will involve: Conduct background research on our existing product and the dataset with guidance from our team. Conduct research into the latest AI and ML techniques and how they could be applied to our data and best serve our users. Developing a ML / AI model which provides some sort of unique outcomes or insights into our data such as recommendation algorithms, predictive analytics like lifetime values, fraud detections, classifications, etc.
