Social Media Team Member for Agency with Multiple Clients

Number of students required to work in team: 1 team of up to 3 students. Our team is looking for a social media marketing wizard who can help us create our social media strategy and drive more traffic to our website. The primary project requirements include: Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site and those of our clients who pay for social media services. Creating engaging content for our brands. Working with tools and programs such as Canva, CloudCampaign, ClickUp, Microsoft Teams, Office365 Suite, and Peak Metrics. We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm but also execute a strategy to achieve: Brand Growth and Recognition for ourselves and our clients. Build long-term inbound social selling pipeline Bring consistency to social media content creation and publishing process This is a great project for students to prove their digital marketing expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated. This project will give you real-world experience working with a consulting firm that offers and provides social media services to small businesses. You will also be a critical part of starting our social media strategy with our new target market.

Book Keeping and Accounting for Small Startup

We are HybridHELIX Consulting. We are a startup looking to make a difference. We hope to grow as a marketing consultancy and eventually into a B-Corp incubator of B-Corps that have the power to combat climate change, homelessness, and animal welfare (& more). We never received appropriate relief when the pandemic started beyond unemployment. This was due to starting operations on 9/2019 and not being old enough to qualify for the EDIL or PPP program. Our first client choices of targeting Gyms did not help either. Offer Details We are offering two distinct offers for our student interns to consider. Project Based Internships Project based internships usually have a specific project with a deliverable at the end. Whether you have a project based or functional/experience-based internship is determined by your school. These internships will have an outline for what is expected from the project along with a timeframe that your school helps enforce & guide. In these internships you are expected to use our calendly links to schedule meetings and ask questions of our team, and then develop a deliverable independent of the business. There are three projects we have available within our organization as a project-based internship. Details below. Purchasing Power System + Above Limit Voting Process (Project: OPS-292) Our company is based on the concept of employee owners. Meaning every team member of our team is also an owner. We would like to establish a basic guideline for purchasing powers allowing our team to have discretionary spend they can use each month. When projects or things they want to spend money on go over their preset amounts/conditions/categories, we want to establish a process to vote and record the results to approve larger purchases. The deliverables on this project include documentation we can use to start the foundation of the processes, a mindmap/decision making map of how the structure will work, and a final presentation and handoff to the company. Accounting Process & System Optimization for Scaling (Project: OPS-318) Our infrastructure for billing and payments was initially designed by our founder to handle the circumstances we faced as a small startup. Unfortunately, the design has many limitations, including not automatically categorizing or importing transactions from several locations. Now that we've processed enough money through our payment processors, some of our original limitations no longer exist either - which means we need our accounting processes reviewed for opportunities to improve. Our goal with this project is to make our accounting as easy to understand as possible. Per Project Payout System for Freelancers & Founding Team (Project: OPS-467) The blue sky of this project is a complete process and system utilizing features built into ClickUp, QuickBooks, and RemoteTeam that will help us post available projects in the business, how much we can pay to get it done, a process & limits to help outsource, and the structure to ensure people are paid upon project completion. Functional/Experience Internships Functional/experience internships are for students who are in an internship program that specifies a specific number of hours to work with a company per week for class credit and experience. These internships offered through HybridHELIX are unpaid at the moment, but in exchange we do offer a “what you put in is what you get” experience. You choose your schedule and time commitment alongside your school, and from there we’ll work to give you a hands on experience in our startup for the period of time you have chosen. We need someone who loves numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting software (we use Quickbooks Online) to help us catch up our books and write down processes to make it easier going forward in our company wiki. This position will give you an invaluable experience helping to manage a small startup company on a bootstrap budget.

Virtual Internship Opportunity: Business Administration

Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 1-3 students or 2 teams of two. The primary focus for the student will be: · Operations o Helping our Executive Strategy Consultant – Andrew Cordova-Andrews with managing day to day business by acting as his executive assistant. § Note if teams (or more than one student) are accepted, they may be split to work with other members of the team.. o Tasks will include daily review of our project management system and communications platforms to stay up to date on what’s going on throughout the business. o Updating the team with various communications and reports on project statuses and client metrics. o Developing a structure, we can use to train future executive assistants on the processes you develop. o Student will help prevent tasks from running past due by developing processes for the executive to use to keep caught up. o Student will help oversee tasks throughout the business and determine where our best assets are and how we can execute on various projects. · Strategy o For the students to help us enhance our operations strategy. Identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes as the student recommends and the team agrees upon. Our goal at the end of this experience is: · Operations - For the student(s) to help us implement more efficient and effective processes internally that maximize employee performance and client satisfaction. Other duties the student may complete could include : Conduct research and data analysis. Create presentation decks and assist with presentations to team. Assist with various social media related tasks such as helping with writing a caption or selecting a picture. Ensuring that post has actually been published. Developing better ways to store and share information. Scheduling meetings, calendar management. Calling (video and voice) executive to advise on important tasks, updates. Sending e-mails and communications on behalf of the executive. Figuring out a lot of stuff on your own, as you will have autonomy on how you get things done. Joining a daily kickstart meeting and helping to provide updates from & for executive. We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: (All communication will occur through Microsoft Teams and only through executive’s phone number if emergency/urgent and Teams does not work). Intelligence Management Analyst Internship

Our consulting firm is a startup that is currently focused on offering marketing services as an agency to our clients. As we grow; however, we hope to be a robust business support service that can make the difference between success and failure for our clients. Lean Startup Business Development and Project Management

We need help building our project management and operational processes to make our business model come to life. The missing processes and project management procedures in our organization makes onboarding team members difficult. In addition, many SOPs related to project management and the related training need to be created in order to prepare for growth and provide a foundation for project managers outside our organization as well as trainees inside the organization to quickly adapt to our processes. The focus of this project should be on clearly identifying the problems that are riddled throughout our business and help implement solutions across our operations by suggesting and helping to deploy actionable solutions on a highly limited bootstrap budget. Students should focus on: Mapping our operational processes. Drafting SOPs as appropriate Identifying bottlenecks in our systems. Recommending improvements to optimize our organization. Help to implement improvements to the organization as feasible, which may include leading projects and hiring freelancers on behalf of our organization. As a startup, we have many outstanding projects and recommended improvements that we need to implement. We are looking for students who are go-getters and are motivated to help build a business from scratch. We are looking for a student who wants to gain real marketing experience helping a startup at the ground level. We are offering post-internship employment and partnership to any candidate that excels in our culture and results. The primary focus for the student will be:  Prospecting Strategy  - Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations for further market penetration; assess our current outreach process and develop and implement targeted prospecting; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content. Also help create and map the buyers journey from the ground up. Strategic Social Media Marketing  - Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or other current communication channel(s); develop and implement strategies for improving our online presence and increasing engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media and blog posts. Other secondary experience opportunities include: Branding  - Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors. Marketing Communications  - Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials and help creating an integrated marketing campaigns. Market Research  - Investigate our competitive landscape or that of our clients. Duties can include performing market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for (new or existing product or service); develop a pricing strategy; identify expansion opportunities; identify key messaging for our firm and our clients. Our goal at the end of this experience is:   Prospecting Strategy - For the student to help us implement better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales team's performance. The student will help in the design, hiring, and training of the sales team. Note we do already have a training, but enhancements are needed. Strategic Social Media Marketing - For the student to help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand through compelling content. Public Relations - For the student to help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience. Other duties the student may complete could include : Helping with the recruitment of freelancers for projects. Helping to build SOPs (Standard Operating Proceedures) Content development, including social posts, blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and website copy. Contributing ideas that help grow our business awareness and operational efficiency. We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools:  - Microsoft Teams is our primary collaboration tool and allows video and voice call. Most often communication occurs via text chat, voice memos, or screen recordings. Meetings together do occur, video is optional.
