Positive Aspects: Clear Vision and Goals: The company provided clear guidance on its revenue and market penetration goals, which helped keep the project focused. I appreciated the detailed brief and strategic direction that allowed me to align my work with the company's long-term objectives. Open Communication: I had open and constructive communication with the team, which was essential in navigating the challenges of the project. I received helpful feedback when needed, which allowed me to adjust my approach and ensure that my work aligned with the company's needs. Growth-Oriented Approach: It was inspiring to see the company’s growth mindset and commitment to expanding its reach both locally in Quebec and potentially globally. The focus on both the temporary worker and student demographics showed a keen understanding of its core customer base and market opportunities. Areas for Improvement: Timely Feedback: While the overall experience was positive, there were moments when receiving feedback took longer than expected.
