Working with Valerie and the Nethubb organization has been a highly positive experience. Valerie was consistently responsive and easy to work with, always available to provide guidance and address any questions or concerns that arose throughout the project. Her helpfulness stood out, as she made sure our team had the resources and insights needed to succeed. Additionally, her drive and passion for seeing Nethubb grow were evident in every interaction. We had another amazing term with Valerie of Nethubb and her team. Valerie always brings the course energy, valuable knowledge, and professional experience to the team project. Valerie always provides unlimited access for the students to hold team meetings, review their website, learn more about their business partners, and clarify their project charter. The Nethubb team always helps create a positive learning environment for our students’ teams to ensure project success. Valerie and Nethubb created a great learning environment for our Strayer students and provided a friendly working atmosphere that was both positive and productive. Valerie always works closely with the individual teams and holds productive group meetings on Zoom that were very productive for examining for examining the scope of the client project. Nethubb encourages creativity and allowed the students to incorporate the proven strategies and tactics associated with the weekly course topics. One of the primary objectives of this course design is to give students the opportunity to work in a team environment and implement project management strategies into a group project. Valerie and the entire Nethubb team are always available to help the students achieve these course objectives, This was a great learning experience for the Strayer students and created a win-win scenario to work on a challenging team project that provided real world solutions for our business partner. The Riipen program brings a new dimension to the student learning process. The Nethubb team creates a strong working dynamic that provided the Strayer students with a powerful learning opportunity that they can draw from in their future careers. We have worked with Valerie and her team members at Nethubb for several terms and their involvement with the Strayer Riipen program only gets better. We have developed a special partnership that has created a win, win, win experience for our students, for this program, and I hope for Nethubb. This term they also incorporated a career service seminar that presented powerful career development strategies and skills to our Strayer students. It was a experience

NetHubb and the Administrators of the Project Nethubb Student Engagement and Outreach, This project was a great experience to really allow students to push themselves out of their comfort zone. In my experience, I have learned out to be an effective leader, communicator, and team player. My role for this project was Project Manager and Marketing Specialist, I learned how to effectively communicate with my team, create weekly agendas, project scopes, executive summary, and final presentation delivery. The best part of my experience working with the client was getting to hear her dreams for the growth of NetHubb's organization and getting to know her personally. This project brought connections that students need to for professional networking and resources that students are unaware of that NetHubb offers them. The next best thing that I learned received from this experience was the bond my team members and I build further creating another esstential connection. Not to mention, this experience has taught me to be more responsible with my time management and allowed me to tap into my creative side to figure out ideas for Valerie's organization. I am extremely proud of my team and with the help of both Valerie and Dr. Phyllis, my team was able to have a successful project delivery for our final presentation. My team members were both genuine, intelligent, and beautiful on the inside and out. I appreciate their effort and mines to make this a successful experience.
