Throughout the internship, I've gained invaluable insights into event planning and networking strategies, and I appreciate the guidance and support provided by you and the team. The exposure to different aspects of the planning process has been incredibly enriching, and I am grateful for the trust placed in me to handle various responsibilities. However, I wanted to bring to your attention a point of constructive feedback. While I found the overall direction and objectives of the projects clear, there were instances where I struggled with understanding specific deliverables and timelines. This occasionally led to some confusion and inefficiencies in my workflow. Moving forward, I believe that providing clearer and more detailed guidelines on deliverables, along with specific expectations and deadlines, would greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the internship experience for future interns. This could include regular check-ins to clarify any uncertainties and ensure alignment on objectives. Despite this challenge, I am genuinely appreciative of the opportunity to learn and grow within the role. I am committed to addressing any areas of improvement and continuing to contribute positively to the team.
