Interactive Clinical Data Analytics Dashboard

Nimble Science seeks to develop an interactive data analytics dashboard to streamline the tracking and summarization of biological datasets collected from multiple clinical study cohorts with the goal of better understanding the role of the intestinal microbiome in health and well-being. This work will enhance the coordination between Nimble's Clinical Operations and Data Science and Bioinformatics teams by providing real-time updates on the collection and processing of biological specimens. It will also provide comprehensive insights into the current state of data resources for the development of diagnostic models, and aid several key areas of business and research and development. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge in data analytics, bioinformatics, and software development to create a practical tool that addresses real-world challenges in the exciting interface of biotechnology and clinical research.
