Sodale group is looking to collaborate with students to prepare for a capital raise plan. Work stream 1 will be working on communicating metrics with investors. Work stream 2&3 will focus on doing research for UrBestLife and UGotThis. Understanding rental rates and mortgage rates, zoning regulations and development and financial evaluation of multiplexes in various neighbourhoods across the GTA and nearby regions.
