The goal of this project is to carefully examine the existing QMS documents, identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of quality management principles and ISO standards in a real-world context, enhancing their understanding of how these systems function within an organization.
