This was a wonderful team to work with! Earnest, conscientious, and dedicated, they helped us gather and improve upon some abstract, dispersed ideas and create a more defined client avatar and customer journey map for us. This was a challenging project in that they had to understand our brand voice and client in a short time. Their communication skills are excellent, and they asked for and incorporated feedback regularly throughout our project work together. Would love to work with them again.
