Details

The project aims to optimize Ofori's presence at industry trade shows by aligning the company's sales strategy with the most relevant events. Learners will conduct a comprehensive review of key industry trade shows, evaluating their potential impact on Ofori's brand visibility and sales objectives. The goal is to identify the most suitable trade shows that align with Ofori's target audience and strategic goals. Learners will analyze factors such as audience demographics, industry trends, and competitor presence to make informed decisions. By applying classroom knowledge of marketing strategies and event management, learners will develop a strategic plan that enhances Ofori's trade show participation. This project will enable learners to gain practical experience in strategic planning and decision-making within a real-world business context.

Deliverables

Learners will deliver a detailed report outlining the recommended trade shows for Ofori, supported by data-driven analysis. The report will include a prioritized list of trade shows, along with a rationale for each selection. Additionally, learners will prepare a checklist of necessary materials, such as artwork, samples, and supporting literature, to ensure a successful trade show experience. The deliverables will provide Ofori with a clear, actionable strategy to maximize their trade show investments.
