  • Creating a vibrant sizzle video as well as short clips for social media that encapsulates the event's atmosphere, crowds, activities, partners, speeches, etc. which can be used to promote the festival and showcase it in following years to our members, partners and sponsors.

Deliverables
  • On-site presence required at Mel Lastman Square, 5000 Yonge Street, North York, Ontario, Saturday evenings between Feb.10 to Mar.10, Family Day (Feb.19), and a set-up as well as a weekday evening (dates to be coordinated based on availability and weather).
  • Capture video and high resolution photos of various installations, activities and performances including behind the scenes footage, clips and interviews.
  • Include action shots of attendees, obtaining their permission for close-up footage, especially with children.
  • Capture horizontal and vertical footage.
  • Share files promptly on Google Drive. File original and edited footage separately.
  • Format select footage for website, social media and presentation use.
  • Develop a video brief for approval of the BIA Team, capture footage and edit video content to create a sizzle reel and tell the story of the event for our audiences.
  • Provide the video in a social media as well as website/presentation ready format.



Mentorship
  • We will provide our event information and our branding guidelines.
  • Access will be given to our photo library Google Drive folders.
  • Business email addresses to be used in the project.
  • Access to our team chat platform for business staff to facilitate communication and coordination. Ongoing communications.
  • Check-in meetings and review/commenting on content developed in google docs.
  • A briefing meeting via Zoom with our team to launch the project.
