This project plans to contain 2 phases:

Phase 1: May - June 2024

Phase 2: June - July, 2024

Sodale Group is looking to collaborate with students to prepare for a capital raise plan and business launch. Our go to market is a PropTech and private REIT play and we have been working with a core team of RIIPEN interns to help us complete the launch of this business. Many of the interns are renewing for this phase, but there may be select open roles.


Work stream 1 - Investor Relations - is the primary focus of this work stream and will be working to profile target investors, execute on the strategy written in the earlier phase and participate in actual pitches to investors.

Workstream 2 - will be refining our marketing approach including assisting with our planned marketing survey.

Workstream 3 - will be further refining our integrated business model and supporting our negotiations with our planned real estate developer.


Deliverables

Workstream 1:

  1. Develop and refine the target investor list, categorizing and profiling potential investors
  2. Working to profile family funds and their preferred investment profile
  3. Online researching of sources of potential investors and completing the related profile
  4. Participating in potential pitches to investors and refining pitch materials based on feedbcak


Workstream 2:

  1. Further refine integrated financial model based on real data
  2. Participate in the negotiations and contracting with our targeted developer


Workstream 3:

  1. Further refine the marketing survey and split out into different target groups
  2. Test the survey out with a limited group before launching
  3. Post the survey in a series of locations and check on responses
  4. Analyze responses and summarize report.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our mission, values and goals
  • Input on decisions, deliverables, problems or anything else the students might encounter.


Main forms of communication include:

  • Slack channels will be used for team communications
  • Weekly video chats on our team, probably using Google Meets
  • Email
