data visualization tableau (business intelligence software) templates geographic information systems data import/exportOur organization utilizes software for tracking and reporting of issues within our district. Our street team uses the software to report a range of issues such as broken bins, postering on poles, sidewalk damage and more, and then track their resolution. This data needs to be extracted and organized in a visual manner in a report, which can be shared with Staff, Board of Directors, our Municipality and relevant departments. The project will involve developing template and training materials, as well as generating initial reports.
- Further refine the list of data sets to include and make recommendations as to how to clearly present the information in a visual manner, and incorporate Staff feedback.
- Develop a detailed user-friendly process for creating quarterly reports with subsections for departments from data exports from our GEOPal (TotalMobile) account, a GIS based software as well as potentially from supplier reports.
- Create multi-excel file templates to import into GEOPal if required to achieve the objective for generating custom report exports from the system.
- Provide a template in Tableau or a similar data visualization software within budget (to be determined in conjunction with the organization) for Board reports.
- Generate a report final sample for an annual 2022 report, and 2023 quarterly reports to date.
- Create a training materials for BIA Staff, which should include one recorded seminar and/or succinct manual, with an opportunity for Q&A.
- One user access sign in (with limitations) to our GEOPal/TotalMobile account to designated students(s).
- Access to any GEOPal/TotalMobile training/user materials available.
- Detailed briefing via Zoom with Staff, and availability for follow up meetings.
- Q&A and feedback available from Staff via phone or email.
