COOCO is an AI-powered kitchen management and social platform designed to revolutionize how individuals and families plan meals, discover recipes, track ingredients, and connect through cooking. We're building an intelligent chatbot that not only assists users in managing their kitchens but also offers personalized recipe suggestions, meal plans, ingredient reminders, and gamified rewards.

The project deliverables include a fully functional and optimized chatbot integrated with Microsoft Azure Bot Services. The team will provide documentation detailing the chatbot's logic, training datasets, and testing results. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the chatbot's enhancements and performance improvements will be required. The deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to apply AI techniques to real-world applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and train a conversational chatbot using Microsoft Azure Bot Framework, LUIS, QnA Maker, or Azure OpenAI Service.
• Translate pre-written chatbot logic flows (e.g., Recipe Suggestion, Meal Planning, Kitchen Inventory Reminder) into real-world Azure chatbot conversations.
• Configure and test NLP models for accurate intent and entity recognition based on COOCO’s use cases.
• Create and maintain conversation paths and response variations to ensure engaging and helpful interactions.
• Integrate the chatbot with backend services or databases if needed (e.g., meal plan data, user profiles, ingredient lists).
• Work on chatbot personalization features using Azure AI capabilities.
• Help design and run user testing sessions to gather feedback and improve the chatbot experience.
