We are looking to soft-launch into the universities and colleges across Canada to offer our program to students and connect them to everything wellness. Our head office is in the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking a student wellness ambassador to create this program, with PR and creative communications, for our CRM campaigns and to take this company to full launch by engaging student wellness ambassadors across Canada. We are looking to develop a plan that includes ambassador recruitment, an outline of roles and responsibilities, and a communication and engagement schedule.

Project Scope:

  • Identifying potential institutions to recruit from and how to market to ambassadors.
    • Student deliverables:
      • Analysis of WellnessWrx’s brand based on the 7 Ps of Marketing
      • Identify post-secondary institutions across Ontario (review their student wellness offerings, possibly connect with HR departments, student services to gauge interest)
      • Create and conduct student surveys to determine student wellness services needs (this could include creating a survey template to be used by WellnessWrx in future)
      • Assess demographics of target market (post-secondary students) may be limited to KPU
  • Compiling an outline of ambassador roles and responsibilities.
    • Student deliverables:
      • Create a profile of the ideal student ambassador (characteristics, competencies, interests)
      • Create a job description for student ambassadors
      • Create an ad to attract students to the ambassador role
      • Determine the most effective way to communicate this opportunity to students
      • Build a timeline for connecting and engaging with ambassadors
  • Develop a communication channel and strategy for working with ambassadors.
    • (I think this point goes beyond the recruitment and selection scope students will learn)

In Addition - This project may include, but is not limited to:

  • Identifying potential institutions to recruit from and how to market to ambassadors.
  • Compiling an outline of ambassador roles and responsibilities.
  • Building a timeline for connecting and engaging with ambassadors.
  • Develop a communication channel and strategy for working with ambassadors.

The final project deliverable is a reaching out to Canadian Universities and Colleges to invite Students to enroll as an Ambassador to help engage our program for the purpose of offering everything wellness to students in need of support. This project should be successfully developed and launched as a student ambassador program that will increase sales conversions with campuses, with the purpose of offering holistic wellness choices for their well-being.
