The main goal for the project is to analyze data to find gaps in the current digital marketing processes of FounderNow, compare these processes against competitors, and present a report with recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts. The learner will need to:


- Analyze data to identify gaps in the current digital marketing processes of FounderNow.


- Compare the digital marketing processes of FounderNow against competitors.


- Present a report with recommendations to improve the digital marketing efforts of FounderNow.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, the learner should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive analysis of data to identify gaps in the current digital marketing processes of FounderNow.


- A detailed comparison of the digital marketing processes of FounderNow against competitors.


- A report with clear and actionable recommendations to improve the digital marketing efforts of FounderNow.

Mentorship

Students will work with the project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include weekly progress meetings to get feedback on what they are doing well and get constructive criticism. Communication will be conducted via Slack and Zoom. The students will be given guidelines on how to complete this project by the project manager, and will have their work reviewed by them periodically throughout the week for the duration of the project.
