We are looking to revise our current selection of videos and the candidates should be a dancer themselves as they would be creating this fun video with themselves or their friends. When people join our live online exercise classes we start off with a 5 minute video, a segment of this video is informative on dietary and nutrition information while another segment of this video is fun to get people moving while teaching them some basic dance steps of various different dance styles. Let's have some fun with this dance project!
Natureโs Zeal is a Social Enterprise, Ontarioโs premier online hub improving Womenโs sleep and wellbeing. Our practices are based on extensive research, practice and results. The results have included significant improvements in sleep quality, weight loss, increased energy levels, overall immunity and well-being - both mental and physical.
Background:
We do live online exercises every week day, which are focused on Flexibility, Toning, Resilience and Strength. For each type of exercise, we play one particular warm-up video for 5 minutes, prior to starting the exercises.
In each video we have music, particular dance movements and warm up exercises to prepare the participants for the main exercise session. The current videos we have include bollywood dancing, salsa, and african drumming among others. We are planning to take these videos to a higher level by having someone professional in dance and choreography to help us to create these 4 to 8 new videos with various dance styles. Our experts will discuss with you which style goes well with which type of exercise warmup.
By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- Designing a storyboard outlining the concept and flow of the videos.
- Filming 4 to 8 engaging warm-up dance step videos incorporating different dance style (e.g., salsa, hip-hop, Bollywood, and contemporary), matching music, and effective warm-up exercises.
- Editing the 4 to 8 videos and getting them ready for use in Nature's Zeal live exercise classes.
Final deliverables:
- All source materials including the storyboard, raw video footage, and edited videos.
- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.
Learners will be provided support in 3 different ways:
- Executive Mentorship - Both the Co-Founders of Natureโs Zeal and the senior team are seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs. They will be available for mentorship to the learners.
- Weekly one-on-one update meetings: The learners will have one-on-one access to their Manager on a periodic basis for the progress of the project and to discuss current and future ideas and tasks.
- Health and Wellness support: Learners will have access to our programs as part of the staff discounts to help improve their own health and wellness.
Most importantly we'll have fun and impact a lot of people with their sleep and better health!
