The goal is to determine if the business model is viable in the long term and at scale. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Analyzing current operations and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing a strategy to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Researching and analyzing industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Developing a plan to scale the business model.
- Testing the developed strategy and making improvements based on additional data.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of FounderNow's current operations and data.
- Understanding of industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Identification of areas for improvement and a plan to scale the business model.
Bonus steps would include:
- Testing the developed strategy with users and accounting for additional parameters.
Final deliverables should include:
- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.
- A timesheet detailing what the student worked on and when.
The student will have weekly one on one meetings with their supervisor. They will receive constructive criticism, praise for what they are doing well, and be given instruction on how to improve. Their manager will also be available for any of their questions through Slack at any time.
