The current manual process of discovering relevant tenders is time-consuming and inefficient, hindering the company's ability to quickly respond to opportunities. The goal of this project is to streamline the internal tender discovery process by leveraging machine learning algorithms to automatically classify and recommend tenders based on predefined criteria. This will not only enhance Wouessi Inc.'s operational efficiency but also create a marketable product/service that can be offered to other businesses facing similar challenges. The project will involve training machine learning models on historical tender data, developing a user-friendly interface for tender search and classification, and testing the platform's accuracy and reliability.
The project will deliver a functional prototype of the TenderAI platform, including a trained machine learning model capable of classifying and recommending government tenders. The deliverables will also include a user interface that allows users to search and filter tenders based on specific criteria. Additionally, a comprehensive report detailing the model's performance, accuracy, and potential areas for improvement will be provided. The prototype should be ready for initial testing and feedback within the 80-hour project timeframe.
