Our Company: Eliomedica Inc is a strategy consulting firm specializing in medical device regulatory affairs. We are dedicated to partnering with startups, spin-offs from large organization and physician entrepreneurs.


Research Goal: We want to better understand our target market, so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry.

Scope:

  2. Creating a list of similar consulting companies in three regions (Toronto, Boston, California)
  3. For each company, gather information about:
  • Services they offer
  • Pricing model
  • Sales strategy
  • Target clients
