As our firm begins to grow, we are more interested in understanding what aspects of technology we can deploy that will assist us in getting the business to the next level. We currently use salesforce for customer relationship management, but only scratch the surface of what it's actually capable of doing. We do not have an applicant tracking system and we are in the process of reviewing other technologies like HubSpot and vidyard. We are hoping to have somebody review the existing technology presentations and zoom recordings that we have received in conjunction with helping us to understand what our workflow should look like in this area, and then applying that workflow to a technology map.

The project would consist of helping us to understand exactly what our workflow looks like. What activities do we do in the day-to-day operation of the firm and what technology packages are appropriate to assist us in capturing that workflow in a meaningful technology.

Reviewing the three or four ATS and CRM solutions that we have already had a presentation on and helping us to decide which of those features meaningfully support our workflow.

We would support the learners by assigning an internal project manager to assist with understanding what our workflow looks like. We would also provide all of the zoom recorded interactions that we have had with technology providers and also facilitate the learner getting connected with these companies if it was necessary to have another presentation.
