The research assistant will play a critical role in executing trials, managing research documentation, and supporting the development of publications and proposals.
Assist in designing and conducting trials, including participant recruitment, onboarding, and follow-ups.
Support the preparation of research documents, including ethics applications, study protocols, and funding proposals.
Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from trials.
Draft reports, presentations, and research papers summarizing key findings.
Communicate with academic partners, research participants, and institutional stakeholders.
Adapt responsibilities based on individual strengths, whether in data analysis, literature review, study coordination, or research writing.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
