As an AI Model Researcher at Ad and Spike Inc, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and implementing state-of-the-art AI models that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about artificial intelligence, possesses strong research skills, and is capable of identifying opportunities for new and enhanced AI services that can be marketed and sold online.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Evaluation:

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI research, particularly in areas relevant to our business goals.
• Evaluate existing AI models and algorithms for their applicability to our service offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to understand technical requirements and constraints.

Identification of Opportunities:

• Identify gaps in our current services and propose new models or enhancements to address those gaps.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform the development of AI models with high market potential.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to align AI research with business strategies.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Implementation Support:

• Collaborate with the AI development team to assist in the implementation and integration of selected AI models.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure the successful deployment and performance of AI models.
