In order to better manage its human resources, Paideia Mundi would like to put in place a human resources management system based on a software.

To this end, we are looking for a student with strong knowledge in human resources management who will be able to help us put in place such a tool, as well as improve our human resources management processes.

The tasks to be completed might include, but not restrict to:

• Identifying the needs of the organization in terms of human resources management
• Suggesting and putting in place an efficient human resources management software
• Making recommendations on how the organization can improve its recruitment and human resources management processes

Students will meet with Paideia Mundi's Executive Director at least once a week to ensure that the project is on-track and to address any issue they may face.
