Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for Human Resources students or teams.

In this project students will be able to work in the following areas:

• Creating job postings on job board
• Recruit volunteers (screening/interviewing)
• Organizing online career fairs
• Research HRM best practices: Topics that will be covered includes their change in work from home policies, benefits, recruiting process, onboarding process, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.
• Research/report about how companies are adapting with COVID19 and switching to a remote working force
• Organizing webinars and interviewing people in the tech sector about their career (e.g. HR, Marketing, etc) and insights about their company's culture, so people can gain insights into what this career is like

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Zoom + Swit (it's like Slack+Trello)
