The objective of this project is to:

Conduct an opportunity analysis to identify and evaluate three promising AI use cases within the Education, non-profit and E-Comm industries. The aim is to uncover high-ROI opportunities and recommend how similar applications could be piloted within our business. This will serve as a strategic guide for The Harris Brand "Companies" to assess AI initiatives with

potential business impact while assuring back and front-end streamline processes are smooth.


Desired outcomes by the end of the project:

  • Define artificial intelligence and how it can be implemented into the business verticals
  • Describe three levels of artificial intelligence
  • Define and describe machine learning
  • Differentiate between structured and unstructured data
  • Describe how machine learning structures data
  • Describe how machine learning structures unstructured data
  • Describe how machine learning uses probabilistic calculation to solve problems
  • Describe three methods by which machine learning analyzes data
  • Integrate A.I application and solutions to ensure seamless workflow
  • Eliminate human resource redundancies to back and front-end operations.

By the end of the project, examples of outcomes are:

1. AI opportunity analysis report and A.I integration plan for business verticals

2. Executive slide deck (5-7 slides) for admin
