The main goal for the project is to provide students with real-world experience in tutoring and education services. The project will involve the following tasks for the learners:

- Shadowing and learning from experienced tutors at Scholars Willow Park.

- Assisting in developing customized tutoring programs for students.

- Learning to assess and adapt to each student's unique learning style.

- Providing in-centre tutoring services to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

- Collaborating with the Scholars team to inspire confidence and help students reach their educational goals.

By the end of the project, students should be able to:

- Demonstrate an understanding of the tutoring process and how to customize programs for students.

- Show proficiency in assessing and adapting to different learning styles.

- Provide in-centre tutoring services to students and contribute to their educational success.

Final deliverables should include:

- A report detailing the experience gained and the impact on the students.

- A presentation showcasing the skills and knowledge acquired during the internship.
