During their final semester project management graduate student teams are assigned a cumulative total of 600 hours to work on a project to either develop a Project Management Plan, conduct research etc., for a project of your choice. Using Project Management Theory guided by PMI standards, students will determine the breakdown of work of a future project for your organization, including project requirements, risks, costs, timelines, and responsibilities to drive the implementation process.
