Human Resource Management Consulting
HRM 8470 / 8500
Looking to scale-up organization key performance deliverables, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from Conestoga College to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. This course incorporates skills for effective project proposal writing, including diagnosis, analysis, findings and recommendations thereby creating and producing effective client presentations. Students in this program/course will learn how to effectively guide clients and stakeholders through the end to end consulting process.
