May 2024 - April 2025 USask Level UP
Welcome to Level UP , powered by Riipen! This innovative program connects employers with Canadian post-secondary students for 60-hour paid projects. Students receive $1,400 CAD from Riipen upon successful project completion. This is a private Level UP experience available only to USask students and employers. Employers Here’s how it works: Request to match your project to this May 2024 - April 2025 USask Level UP cycle. The Level UP team will review and either accept your match or request slight changes. Once your project is matched, students will apply to work on the project with you. You will review applications, and select the student(s) that you feel will be the best fit with your project. The student will set the team start and end dates in collaboration with you. They will need to hit “start project” on the Riipen platform and submit all deliverables including 60 work log hours before the end date. The Level UP team will review their project submission & deliverables, before processing payment. Ready to Level UP your work projects with the May 2024 - April 2025 USask Level UP experience? For further guidance, visit our help article - Getting Started with Level UP: Learners. Important Dates May - June 2024 - Employers will be invited to match their projects with Level UP. The Level UP team will work with employers to match projects. You will not receive any student applications during this time. June 2024 - Students will be invited to join Level UP. Students will apply to projects, and employers can accept or decline applications. Projects can start immediately upon acceptance. 2023/2024 USask Level UP
Welcome to Level UP, powered by Riipen! This unique initiative enables employers to engage Canadian post-secondary students for 80-hour paid projects. Students receive a $1,400 CAD stipend from Riipen upon successful project completion. Employers are not required to provide payment. Here’s how it works: Submit a project to this experience for our Level UP team to review. Once your project gets the green light, students (individually or in teams) will apply directly. They might come from various Canadian post-secondary institutions and academic programs. Craft a project description that’s skill-specific to attract the best-fit applicants. Students can request access to this program here. Important points Project deliverables will differ based on scope, but a comprehensive report or other assets should be produced by project completion, aiding your business goals. Regular communication with students enhances project outcomes. If confidentiality is key, consider having students sign an NDA using our agreements feature . They can still submit work on the platform by uploading redacted samples, using the worklog feature, and writing a brief project reflection. 2022/2023 Level UP University of Saskatchewan Multidisciplinary Projects
The University of Saskatchewan Multidisciplinary Projects Level UP program (powered by Riipen) allows employers to bring on University of Saskatchewan students for 80-hour paid projects. Students are paid a $1400 CAD stipend on completion of the project by Riipen . Employers are not required to provide payment. Submit a project here for our Level UP coordinators to review. Once approved, students are not guaranteed yet, but they will apply to your project directly - individually, or in teams. Get specific in your project description about the skills you're looking for in order to attract the most suitable applicants. Students can request access to this program here.
