I wanted to share some feedback on my recent internship experience for the benefit of future interns and your team's improvement. Overall, my time spent interning with your organization was positive and significantly contributed to my professional growth. Working alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds provided invaluable insights and enriched my learning experience. However, there were instances where communication within the team was not as effective as it could have been. I would recommend implementing clearer communication channels, such as email directives, to ensure that interns' time is utilized efficiently. Despite this slight challenge, I appreciated the opportunity to collaborate with the Yonge North York BIA and contribute to meaningful projects. Thank you for the opportunity to grow and learn during my internship.
