It was nice working with Judith since she communicated very quickly and provided a ton of feedback along the way to make the work easier. She definitely wanted to make sure I was working on a project that was interesting to me and went out of her way to check with me. As for the actual work, I learned a lot about the creative media process from idea generation to going on-site and dealing with issues that arise related to video and audio production. I developed new skills relating to transcribing and media tagging and learned more about what makes a good transcription. I used new professional-grade transcription tools and was exposed to working with new software suites. Overall, I think a lot of the skills and technologies I worked with on this project would translate over well for a role (even outside of media transcription and logging).
