Benazir is a hardworking, diligent, and conscientious intern. She has a strong desire to acquire both the skills necessary for current projects and the knowledge that will be beneficial in the future. She's a strong communicator with a winning attitude both at school and in applied internship settings. Like most people who experience time pressure that may feel overwhelming, I encourage her to learn time-tested techniques to better manage her time and pursue life-work balance overall. The most effective leaders are self-aware and self-manage, both areas I am confident she will master as the next generation of leaders.
